Hawwah Abdullahi Gambo also known as ‘Jiddare’ is a multimedia journalist, gender advocate and social entrepreneur. She has 20 years experience in the journalism industry working with the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) for over a decade, worked with Newage Network, Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), Kaduna State Media Corporation (KSMC) and other global media organizations like DW and the BBC. She has also been a writer and copy-editor for Blueprint Newspapers Limited, Daily Trust, and Leadership Newspapers, and served as editor Blueprint Women’s page and Tozali Magazine.

Hawwah is a chevening scholar, a trained interfaith and cultural conflict mediator from Drew University New jersey, a YouWin Women Awardee, 1000 voices Treaty Coalition Member, 2022 Vital Voices fellow, World Pulse Featured changemaker & Digital Ambassador.
